Dismissing someone because he opts to write PERL instead of Perl, isn't that on the same level as not dating someone because he's wearing white socks?

Or not considering their resume simply because they haven't paid a diploma mill to get a certification? Yes, this puts me at both sides of this argument. Certification sucks as a means of sorting candidates. PERL instead of Perl should be in the same category for me. Call me inconsistent. :) -- Randal L.
