A list of people a user has /ignored should show up either on my home node, or in user preference, with the option to unignore them. I suggest the homenode in advance of user preferences because while a user may visit his homenode several times a day, the preferences might only be edited once while he's here.
Secondly, another addition to a home node : the total number of people ignoring you, publicly available, just like XP or nodes authored. However this is not a suggestion to list those people out, just an anonymous number.
I agree with previous discussion on a /ban command -- it would unite trolls in a false-logic argument of "freedom of speech" and make them work harder to overthrow the monastery. Such an implementation would be a sign of grave health for the site, I think.
