rsync is a wonderful utility to achieve such. ~~I do not know if perlmonk.org supports it though, or the machine you want to backup to. They have to be running a rsync deamon at their eind (iirc).~~

You don't really need an rsync daemon. You can rsync via ssh or shudder rsh.	[reply]
