Just to let everyone know, AvantGo can be downloaded for any Palm-compatible (go Handspring!) device running Palm OS 3.0 or later (see AvantGo requirements).

Otherwise, this is definitely a cool use for Perl. You have forced me to download the Palm modules.

I didn't start of with the intention to do an AvantGO alike script. This was more like a introduction to Palm::* for me. The headlines were just a funky side effect :) I don't have AvantGO installed, yet, since they don't appear to provide a Linux version of the desktop client. Looking at this page might force me into getting it up and running eventually.	[reply]
