Module installation Problem

Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi monks, while installing the ppm modules it shows the below mentioned error for all the modules.

could not find ParserDetails.ini in C:/Perl/site/lib/XML/SAX

PPM not working in Perl 5.8.0.
