Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
Hello..
I have a perl script to upload images.. it's organized like this:
1: get passed variables (including the uploaded image)
2: require a module
3: print the image name and its data
the problem is that it doesn't print the image data, but only the image name as it is in the client side..
I thought may be that module is annoying.. so I decided to do a test and re arrange the script like this:
1: get passed variables (including the uploaded image)
2: print the image name and its data
3: require a module
4: print the image name and its data
I noticed that it printed every thing fine in stage 2, but not in stage 4.. means the module is doing something wrong..
here is the perl upload script:

here is the required module:

here is the other module required in the first module:

here is the template file:

Comment on I can't get file data from my upload script
Some Monks are (understandably) reluctant to follow off-site links. I suspect you may have a better response to your question if you post the code you have written to try to solve the problem yourself, and the relevant template file, within code and/or readmore tags as appropriate (the link for the tags shows how to use them).
