Under Tk, you have a lot of options: Tk::ProgressSplash, Tk::ProgressBar, Tk::ActivityBar, to name a few. Under Curses, you have Curses::UI::Dialog::Progress. Under browsers, you have CGI::ProgressBar, under Gtk2 you have Gtk2::CV::Progress. There's Term::Progress too.
