One of the cool things about about Perl/Gtk2 is that it can use the basic Gtk2 theme you set up in ~/.gtkrc-2.0

Here is a theme I'm using called Z, which is derived from the Bumblebee theme. Bumblebee was too bright for my eyes, so I toned it down and blended in some other colors.

Here is a screenshot The theme can be downloaded from here

In any event, it can give you a few tips on setting up your own custom theme.

That's quite pleasing to the eye. I didn't know you could do such neat things with GTK2...

Well, to respond to the deleted nodes, about this having nothing to do with Perl, I believe it does. It shows how you can make gui programs, written in Perl, that have a consistent look and feel. This is one of the main criticisms concerning writing gui scripts with Perl; people say the apps look scattered and uninteresting. I included the Gimp screenshots, to show the compatible look and feel, with the other apps in the screenshot, which ARE Perl.

So instead of wasting your time feeding me upvotes, why don't you sign up for an account, so we can show you how to grow some balls, you cowardly anonymous cry baby.

Old Russian saying: Fight with a pig, and you both get dirty. But the pig likes it.

Your title clearly stated that you were talking about Perl/Gtk2. The objections were groundless.
