perldoc -f glob will do what you want (specified in full as www.perldoc.com doesn't seem to be responding for me at least...)

www.perldoc.com has been down for a while. Use `[doc://XXXXX]`, and will link to the relevant keyword on perldoc.perl.org. For example, `[doc://glob]` gives glob.	[reply] [d/l] [select]
