    It looks like another program might have already bound to port 80. Do you have another web server already running on port 80? If so, stop it and then run your web server. Or run your web server on a port other than 80 (81 or 8080 for example).

    get out of jail card.

    Your problem is most often caused by mis-configured virtual
    hosts. The exact structure of Apache's configuration
    layout varies from one distro/OS to the other, so your next
    stop should be the 'Manual'.
