Visual Perl

Anonymous Monk has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Hi monks. Did you ever used visual Perl? (VP?), how is it in compare to VB or .Net? How is it in compare to Perl/Tk? Can U guys attach a pointer to a free VP source. Thx.
