"six degrees of separation" (or "six degrees of kevin bacon ;) should find what you're looking for. Check out the Oracle of Bacon, a fun way to kill some time. Update: I just spent 10 minutes randomly entering actors/actresses, and I can't get a Bacon Number higher than 2!	[reply]

Harpo Marx - 3 Charlie Chaplin - 3 W.C. Fields - 3 Anthony J. Baker has a Bacon number of 3 greta garbo has a Bacon number of 3. also randomly entering, though I got numbers as high as 4 by picking a chinese name, getting it slightly wrong, and then picking a different chinese name from the list of choices. Well, this is off topic, but I had quite a surreal moment while watching Bob Blumer on The Surreal Gourmet a few months back -- he was entertaining Heidi von Palleske. I went to university with Heidi's sister Aurora and was at Heidi's book launch a few years back in Toronto; and I know Bob from growing up in Montreal and later when he managed Jane Siberry in Toronto.
