There is no bug. Non-blocking ReadLine is just not supported on Win32, that's how it is.

AFAIK this is a limitation of Windows, select() works only on sockets not disk files. All I can suggest is that you write your own nonblocking approximation of readline using Term::ReadKey	[reply]
