I've noticed four categories that I wish were in the
Q & A section.

• modules/packages/CPAN (I don't know what the right name for this would be...)
• security
• Perl Monks (Stuff from [id://Perl Monks Discussion])
• other

What's the best way to handle situations where:

1. You're searching for info that might be in a Q & A, but you can't find the right category?
2. You've got something you'd like to add to Q & A but you can't find the right category?
