For ye Windows (ab)users who regularly use the Java/TK Chatterbox, and are getting fed up with ALT-TAB-ing between your PerlMonks chat window and your developement environment or whatever else you happen to be running, here's a tiny and unintrusive shareware app that will keep any window "always on top".

    Speaking of chatterbox, what about a chatterbox node, as small as possible, with a tunable depth, which would allow those too lazy to install a CB/client to hit reload from time to time ?
