You probably want the http://par.perl.org/index.cgi. Altough the end product is an .exe it is not a normal windows executable: You still need a perl interpreter on target machines, but you don't have to take care of all the modules your program depends on. PAR put's everything in one file.

    Not true! Please read the docs before posting wrong answers.

    I successfully use PAR to package up Perl apps to run on many Windows PCs that don't have perl installed.
