Without the need for a CPAN client? This requires Module::Install, which doesn't come with Perl.

Module::Install is usually expected to be included in your distribution tarball like inc/Module/Install.pm. If you then say `use inc::Module::Install` in your Makefile.PL, it uses the bundled version. You aren't expected to fetch this from CPAN. ⠤⠤ ⠙⠊⠕⠞⠁⠇⠑⠧⠊	[reply] [d/l]
