Re: Math::GMP won't install on Darwin

Math-GMP requires that the gnu gmp header files be installed. On debian:

   apt-get install libgmp3-dev

should do the trick.

debian also has libmath-gmp-perl but as you point out is not keep up to date.

As noted in my original post, I did install libgmp3-dev on Ubuntu and was able to proceed from there to install Math::GMP. The problem is on Darwin. Jim Keenan	[reply]
