Occasionally I will encounter an unapproved node that has also been reaped. I generally ignore them because I'm not clear what to do about them. Should the node be "approved", or just left alone? I can see some logic for either side. What, exactly, do we approve? The node itself, or the action taken on it? If it's reaped, would we approve it to "validate" the Node Reaper's action, or would we be placing that node into the SoPW list? Or do I just have too much time on my hands? ;-).

If it's reaped, leave it alone; no further approval is necessary, nor would it be prudent.

Depending on the age; I belive some of them were before the XP system was installed.

I tend to leave them as I don't think anything is gained by approving them.

Previously approved nodes become unapproved when they are reaped. They also lose their front-paged status.
