it's still very limited. if your compiler and make are not in the usual paths you have to adjust that in the script.

and the documentation is pretty... uhm... compact.

i would like to use CPAN.pm with it; the reason I didn't was that my webhoster, for example, hasn't got CPAN.pm. but it could be easily bundled with cgipan.
i'm open for any ideas =)
