Same thing: 'Hullo Weird!'.

Update: it seems to be a caveman dialect of Ook! The vocabulary and grammar are the same, but the pronunciation to quite different. It may be that the caveman version is based on translation of a written version of the original Ook! message and has resulted in a complete alteration of the sound of the words. (Possibly the cavemen couldn't pronounce the original Ook! however and the result is a simple corruption of that language.)

    Thanks again for your help. You were correct. Unfortunately whomever entered the original answer for the puzzle misspelled the word "Weird". They used "IE" instead of "EI".
