    As others have pointed out, your question isn't very clear. Let's assume that you have a Perl program that runs on one platform and you want to port it to a different platform. Many Perl programs will run on most platforms without any changes - but you might find the information in perlport to be useful.

    As a side note, posting your e-mail publicly like that is a fantastic way for Spam to fill your mailbox. It's easier to set up an account here, so that you can keep tabs on responses to your posts.

    It's doubtful that anyone will mail you responses anyhow, and accounts are without cost, so it's really a win-win.
