It worked fine for me under cygwin - but then I already had graphviz installed which is probably the biggest trick.	[reply]

Wow - Doxygen + Doxyfilt is exactly* what I was looking for - fantastic!* Now, please someone with influence sell the P6 guys on Doxygen.
