I recommend looking at the POD, copying and pasting the skeleton demo, and going from there. It's quite a comprehensive read, and it's pretty much all you need to

become quite proficient with C::A.

I've done a good deal of work with C:A, and i've found myself consistently going back to the POD when i have a question.
