earlati2 has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
I hope the request isn't off-topic, but I need to use some perl cgi through mod_perl in order to speed the answer and keep some session informations.
All it's seems to ne ok but inside the same directory cgi-bin I also have some other cgi written in C and when I try to call them , now I get the error
==> apache/error_log <==
[Fri Jul 21 12:54:00 2006] [error] Unrecognized character \\x7F at (ev +al 93) line 1.\n
The basic solution is to store the different cgi type on different directory but the customer impose my to have all cgi on the same dir, because there should be called using the same path.
http:://myhost/cgi-bin/test_pl_1 or http:://myhost/cgi-bin/test_exe_2I'm looking for a way to have both cgi perl and cgi exe under the same directory.
Should someone give me some suggestions ?
thanks, Enzo
