GTop and Mac OSX

nmerriweather has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Has anyone got GTop.pm working on OS X?

I tried installing libgtop from darwinports, but no luck. GTop can't find certain headers, ( and yes, i'm pointing it to the darwinports libraries , where it finds most things)

if anyone managed to get it working, i'd be grateful to hear how.
