Thanks imp, Now that I look back I recall that earlier thread. bart must be on holidays as he hasn't been around for a couple of weeks now. Hopefully we can get a few bugs fixed and all will be well. I previously used MIME::Entity for this task, but MIME::Lite is doing what I need and at least has saner access to the underlying Net::SMTP. jdtoronto	[reply]
