setting hyperlink attribute in msaccess

pjp3 has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

I have used odbc on an access db to populate data. one of the attributes is type hyperlink. only the display text seems to be getting populated and not the actual hyperlink property. how can i do this with perl (odbc or ole).

The `hyperlink` data-type in Access is a kludge in four parts. this may be of some help. jdtoronto	[reply] [d/l]
