Re^4: PerlMonks XP Value

Do you have a solution for people voting up posts that contain demonstrably incorrect information? In the past month, I've replied to a good half-dozen posts, saying "That's not true!" In most cases, the parent posts have greater scores than my replies.

Fix that, retroactively, and you might have something that works to evaluate the quality of any given post.

I think the votes of wiser Monks should be heavier, perhaps in proportion to `log( XP )`.	[reply] [d/l]

That's the point everyone's trying to make: we have no way of qualifying "wiser Monks". Neither XP, nor any function of XP, correlates to it. Do not rebuke them with harsh words ... but rather lead them gently - with URLs - so that they may learn wisdom.	[reply]
