One of the things you do in an early CS course is a banner program. One of the constraints is that you cannot do this.

Your script should take a string as an argument like this:

The program should use a single loop and a simple data structure and step through each character in the input string. Kudos are given for one of many possible clever solutions. I got a lame grade on mine if I remember so don't be afraid to try. If you have no idea how to start ask and ye shall be answered.
