Maybe you have an old version of Mason there? Newere ones should realize that mod_perl 2 is installed and look for Apache2::Const.

Yup, that was it. I originally installed HTML::Mason via ActiveState PPM repository, which only had Mason v1.25. I have since removed this outdated version, and installed using the theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca repository, which has the most current (and correct) version 1.35. Thanks!
