rio has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:
I would like to add a hyperlink to "Fresh flowers from the flowershop X" and "Today's Arragement instructions from instruciton home page". Any ideas on how to do that?#!/usr/bin/perl use MIME::Lite; use Net::SMTP; ### Adjust sender, recipient and your SMTP mailhost my $from_address = 'me@class.com'; my $to_address = 'everyone@class.com'; my $mail_host = 'mailserver.domain.com'; ### Adjust subject and body message my $subject = 'Flower Arrangement Class - check list'; my $message_body = "This is a list of things to bring\nFresh flowers f +rom Flowershop X\nToday's Arragement instructions from instruciton ho +me page\n"; ### Create the multipart container $msg = MIME::Lite->new ( From => $from_address, To => $to_address, Subject => $subject, Type =>'multipart/mixed' ) or die "Error creating multipart container: $!\n"; ### Add the text message part $msg->attach ( Type => 'TEXT', Data => $message_body ) or die "Error adding the text message part: $!\n"; ### Send the Message MIME::Lite->send('smtp', $mail_host, Timeout=>60); $msg->send;
Edited (davorg): Removed very strange formatting
