I noticed node 587289 by acone. It's title in the Newest Node list is ' and its ilk'. But when I read it, I saw its true name was '  and its ilk'. In the Newest Node listing, the title's HTML code gets interpreted, but when displaying the node, it doesn't.

So here's a puzzle — is there a way that acone could have entered his title so that it would have appeared correctly in both listings?

It was simply a bug in Newest Nodes that was introduced a couple of days ago and is now fixed (I was fixing it when I saw your node).

    I think people would understand

Would code tags work? Code tags do not appear to work in the title.

    grep
XP matters not. Look at me. Judge me by my XP, do you?
