Neither am I an English native speaker as well. But always remember that simple and focused questions and queries are better. For example, querying Google for "perlscript", we may find two documents which look like the main ones out there: Perlscript at ActiveState http://aspn.activestate.com/ASPN/docs/ActivePerl/Components/Windows/PerlScript.html and a Tutorial by Matt Sergeant http://cpan.org/authors/id/M/MS/MSERGEANT/PSIntro.html, and they mention using Perlscript in Active ServerPages.
