A Google search sometimes works better than the "right" search tool for the job. Also, for sites that are down, you can sometimes get the page from Google's cache... although this doesn't seem to be one of those occasions.

There is a working download link from CPAN, although only for 3.26 and not 3.27: http://search.cpan.org/CPAN/authors/id/M/MI/MIROD/XML-Twig-3.26.tar.gz

    Google is my friend too :) I made a lot of queries to google and to various search engine but nothing about the 3.27 version of XML::twig.

    I sucessfully installed 3.26 but the « features » I need are only available in the 3.27 release.
