    can anyone help me with this buffering issue and how we can make sure.
    Without your script, general hints - look up $| in perlvar; Suffering from Buffering might be of help. perl buffers linewise for an output filehandle connected to a terminal, otherwise blockwise.

    I don't get the relation between the title and the body of your post.

    --shmem

    _($_=" "x(1<<5)."?\n".q·/)Oo.  G°\        /
                                  /\_¯/(q    /
    ----------------------------  \__(m.====·.(_("always off the crowd"))."·
    ");sub _{s./.($e="'Itrs `mnsgdq Gdbj O`qkdq")=~y/"-y/#-z/;$e.e && print}
