If it's possible, I would try to use WWW::Mechanize. I've become a big fan along the way. It's basically LWP, so davorg's comments still apply, but it does a lot of the work for you. You might get a lot more response if you posted something indicating what you've tried so far (if anything); or by describing the problem in more detail.
