If you wanted to be particularly crafty, you could put the rules in a dispatch table, and iterate over the keys in the order of the stats per rule key .. the stats could even be persisted to a YAML file so that it would learn more about your coding style (and what to look for first) over time.

    Yeah, I thought about that but then I had to think about how to force the rule for binary / to be executed after the other / using rules and figured I'd rather go do something else.
