That should be `@sparta = ('soldier') x 300; # original was: @sparta = 'soldiers' x 30 +0;` [download] since you don't want to string them together to die all from one blow - although the enemy would surely be scared seeing that ~~monster soldier~~ sparta hydra with 600 feet, as many shields and spears, and 300 heads... :) (update: and, btw, the ~~original~~ OP spared one spartan to report the desaster) update - and, I like it.
