try this: hold your mouse over a text-area field, right click, choose Languages -> Add dictionaries. Select the en-gb or en-us dictionary and restart firefox.

update: oh and non-latin1 characters don't work in <code> sections. That's a problem with the site that probably won't be fixed any time soon.

    I see, posting in perlmonks in that little text area is very annoying cuase of the little space and also i ahate it that instead of <enter> i have to
    . Why you guys wont make things simpler just like posting to a norla forum or newsgroup?

      Insert the following into the On-Site CSS Markup: textarea in your Display Settings:

      textarea { height: 25em; width: 72em; }

      That will give you a bigger textbox.

      --shmem

      _($_=" "x(1<<5)."?\n".q·/)Oo.  G°\        /
                                    /\_¯/(q    /
      ----------------------------  \__(m.====·.(_("always off the crowd"))."·
      ");sub _{s./.($e="'Itrs `mnsgdq Gdbj O`qkdq")=~y/"-y/#-z/;$e.e && print}
