cormanaz has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Good day, scholars. In another thread a monk said that it was possible to install Encode::Guess via ppm. I have checked ActiveState, U Winnipeg, Bribes, and Trouchelle repositories and can't find it. Is is somewhere else?

Thx...Steve

I don't know much about PPM repositories... but why do you need to get it at all? AFAIK, Encode::Guess is part of the core modules as of Perl 5.8 (IOW, it should already be installed). Or do you have an older Perl?

Doh! I didn't even check that! Thanks...
