It isn't listed there in my user settings. chromatic mentioned privately that the personal nodelet seemed to get in his way when he was testing this. It removed my personal nodelet and still didn't see the approval nodelet listed in the non-frontpage nodelets (just a checkbox for it under frontpage nodelets and no option to move it there either).
