Thread home in lists

I suggested this in the CB, and got a lot of me-2's, so I think this would be the best place to give the idea a home :)

In many lists, like in e.g. my posts, I think it would be very useful to have an entry for the top post of the thread that the message is part of. If I now posted a reply in a thread that I think is interresting, I have to click on my message, then click on the "in thread" link at the top of that message to get the full thread.

I have no idea about the impact, but a simple top link would be fine with me

In my experience, I can't remember the detail of every node I post when looking at my node lists. So I have to actually open them to see the content. Only if I feel the need to view the whole context (full thread), I click that "in thread" link. Having said that, I think that it's not that urgent to put direct link to the OP of every reply on the node list. Nevertheless, I would consider such feature as "nice to have". Update What I would rather see is links to the both replied and OP nodes on the preview page when replying. Open source softwares? Share and enjoy. Make profit from them if you can.
