Welcome to the Monastery. I moved your post from Cool Uses For Perl to Seekers of Perl Wisdom, since you are in fact asking for help, and not posting a cool use for Perl. Please read the PerlMonks FAQ and How do I post a question effectively?. You should use Super Search before posting. Check out Perl script as windows service and Perl Script as a Windows Service. Remember that when asking for help, along with the error message you receive is it often very helpful to tell people what you did (how you tried to achieve this).
