If you want to publish the table on-line I strongly recommend you just generate an HTML table. It's by far the most inter-operable way of publishing tables.

If you really want to have something that works in PDF/PS format and/or looks exactly like you want to when printed, LaTeX::Table might be useful (I've never used it myself, though). You may find other useful modules searching on CPAN.
