While I am sympathetic to your plight, YELLING AT US to fix something that is part of YOUR JOB is not only unlikely to motivate anyone to help you with this, it's also quite likely to make people ignore your future posts requesting enlightenment. Unless you are now offering to PAY someone here to bail you out of your mess, perhaps you would be better served to reread very carefully the many good responses and explanations already contained in this thread, try to understand them, and stop taking your frustrations out on the Monks.
