I'm assuming you mean that the problem is not universal rather then that I should stick to PHP.
Thats great, it means there is a solution.....
But I'm not sure how to proceed in finding it, any suggestions ?

Hi :) Re: Trying to use IPC::Run under mod_perl (2) should help. Basically mod_perl restricts access to the underlying os. Jason L. Froebe Help find a cure for breast cancer!
