MIME::Lite works for sending mail with attachments from an NT machine:

   From=>$Mail_From,
   To=>$Mail_To,
   CC=>$Mail_CC,
   subject=>$Mail_Subject,
   Type=>'$Mail_Type',
   Path=>$Mail_Path,
   Filename=>$Mail_Filename
);
