Unless you have a specific reason to be using MySQL through ODBC, you might try DBI and DBD::mysql instead.

How did you install Win32::ODBC? Do you have the http://www.mysql.com/news-and-events/news/article_88.htmlMySQL ODBC drivers for Windows? Do you have modules in other directories so that you might need to adjust your include paths?
