feedback requested for submitted script (Code catacombs)

rvosa has asked for the wisdom of the Perl Monks concerning the following question:

Dear monks,

I just submitted a script to the perlmonks code section (podinherit - Imports pod from superclasses) that fetches pod for inherited methods from superclasses. Because it uses some slightly naughty things like fiddling with other people's @ISA, %INC, %:: and pod parsing I would very much welcome any and all feedback!
